Maudit Flacon vinifies grapes produced organically and biodynamically from the Languedoc, Auvergne, pays de Gex amongst other regions. The grapes are grown by winemakers who, like François Gilles, believe that wine is made in the vineyard. Vinification takes place in François Gilles' cellar, in his garage to be exact. The white grapes are hardly settled and the reds are never crushed. He only intervenes when necessary. Never fined nor filtered.

Vdf "Temperance"
VARIETY : 70% Chardonnay / 30% Tressallier
TERROIR : Negoced fruit from Domaine des Terres d'Ocres (AOC Saint Pourçain). Organic and Biodynamic.
HARVEST : hand picked
VINIFICATION : Direct press, vinification in Burgundy barrels
10% maceration for Chardonnay (15 days in whole bunches). Aged 10 months in Burgundy barrels on lees
1 year bottle ageing.

VARIETY : Macerated Chasselas
TERROIR : Pays de Gex.
Biodynamic and organic practices.
HARVEST : hand picked
VINIFICATION : Aged for 9 months in old oak barrels. Not fined, not filtered
Vdf Voodoo 2020
VARIETY : Gamay
TERROIR : 70% Gamay from domaine des Fables, 30% Gamaret from pays de Gex.
HARVEST : hand picked
VINIFICATION : 20 day maceration, elevage in stainless steel.
